We are excited to welcome Anastacia Emil and Pascal Peter to the GCS team. Anastacia is joining us as a Project Manager, and Pascal is joining us as the Finance Manager.
Anastacia has recently completed her Master’s Degree in Community Development at Mt. Meru University. Previous to getting her Master’s Degree, Anne worked with BRAC Tanzania as a Branch Manager. During her time there, Anne managed a portfolio of microfinance loans and focused on reducing the risk of the portfolio and improving the branch’s strategic plans. Prior to working at BRAC, Anne worked for Banana Investments supervising operations.
Pascal joins us from Bank M where he spent over a year working as the Head of Operations and was responsible for managing cash movement, supervising receipts and remittances and authorizing transactions. Pascal received his Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Accountancy in Arusha and is currently completing his CPA. Prior to M Bank, Pascal worked for the Centre for Education and Development in Arusha as an Assistant Project Accountant.
